Refund Policy
We charge a one time setup fee as well as a background check fee upfront.
If for some reason your application is rejected, the one time setup fee will be refunded, however the background check is non refundable. In that case, you'll receive an explanation of rejection per the Fair Credit Reporting Act
We don't require payment for leads upfront. Instead, we send the leads to your company first, so you can start working on them before payment is due. Additionally, you are always in control of the amount of leads you receive. You set a budget for the number of leads you will receive, which is only a promise to pay. At the beginning of each month, we calculate the total number of leads for the previous month and issue a bill on the 1st. Payment is expected within 7 days.
